3 ways to preorder

1. Ordering online

   Simply go online to www.Mealsforkids.com -- It's as quick as a click! For 1st time orders: Click on "Need Account" and set up an account and place your order. Your coupons will be printed from your printer.
    

2. Mail-in the Order form- Click Here to Download Form

   Menus will be sent home through your child. Fill out the menu and return it to Meals for Kids with payment and your coupons will be mailed back to you. The coupons will come back dated on a sheet that is perforated. The coupon is to be brought to school the day the child has purchased lunch and handed in to our Meals for Kids server. They will be served items selected on the coupon. New menus will be sent home for the new cycle prior to the current cycles ending date.
    

3. In-person back to lunch server

   Lunch orders can be handed to our lunch servers. Do not give it to the teachers.
    

4. Fax in the Order form

   Menu's may be faxed to 973-423-4214. Orders will be charged to your credit card, fill out the bottom of the order form. Coupons will be faxed back, so include your fax number OR include your email address and print them yourself.

Questions and Answers about the program

• How important is the coupon?

  VERY!!! It helps to serve the kids faster and less confusion.
   

• Can I send my child in with money to buy lunch today without pre-ordering?

  No.

• What happens if my child shows up without their coupon?

  Your child will still be fed. We carry a student list with us each day of all the students and their selections. But we serve the kids with the coupons 1st.
   

• What comes with each lunch?

  Each lunch comes with fresh fruit to choose - apples, oranges and bananas. Potato chips, carrot sticks or rolls come with each lunch, depending on the items being served.
   

• How are the sandwiches and heroes served?

  Sandwiches are served plain. Heroes are served with Lettuce. We bring lettuce and condiments (mayo, mustard and dressings) are available.
   

• What is a double hot?

  Double portion of the hot item only. You pay an additional $2.00 for that extra hot item.
   

• Do I get credit for sick days or school closing?

  Yes. In the event of a school closing you will receive a $2.50 credit for lunch, plus full credit for snacks and juices. Please be aware of field trips and special class events. Please call our office at 973-423-6066.
   

• I didn't get my coupons back and today is the start of a new cycle what do I do?

  Call our office 973-423-6066.
   

• Do I have to order everyday?

  No. Just the days you would like to have lunch.

HOW TO USE THE ORDER FORM, IF NOT ORDERING ON LINE

If you would like to order a Hot Lunch simply circle your choice for that day.

If you would like a cold item from the list of items we offer everyday, simply write down the choice in the blank box on the day you would like to have that item.

If you would like a juice or a snack item, write down your choice in the blank box on the day you would like to have it. Please use abbreviations we have listed.

After making selections, add up the columns. Please fill out child name, grade, address, and phone number so we can get them back to you quickly.

You can use Visa or Master Card to pay for your child's lunch, please fill out all areas on the lunch form.

The order will be processed within 24 hours of when we receive the menu. We can email, fax or drop the coupons in the mail to you.
